ISSUING POLICIES

Allied Title & Escrow has partnered up with multiple underwriters, to have a better chance at finding back-policies. What if we can’t find a back-policy? No worries! We have a solution. For purchases, if the requirements below are met, we would only require a 2-owner search period (warranty deed, not quitclaim, trustees, etc):

·       Purchase price or loan amount under $500,000.00

·       Lot and Track (platted lot) subdivision

·       Institutional lender on title in last 15 yrs.
