Mobile Settlements
Not available to sign at our office? Not an issue. We will send a licensed title agent to your home to conduct your closing so you don't have to travel.
Settlement Services
We handle all monies, payoffs and disbursements from our escrow accounts. Allied makes sure every detail is taken care of to protect all parties in the process. We also provide e-recording services in most jurisdictions allowing both sellers and agents to receive their funds faster.
Title Insurance
We work with the nation's top underwriter, Old Republic, to provide the highest quality insurance (standard or enhanced) on the market.
Attorney-Owned
Our team will make sure no detail is missed. We will search for any and all unforeseen threats to your ownership (eg., liens, unrelinquished marital rights, judgments on the property, etc). Our attorneys have many years of experience focused specifically on real estate law.
